La Marette consists of a large renovated 3 bedroomed main house and 4 profitable gites sleeping from 2 to 5 people. The gites have all been tastefully refurbished to a high standard and are fully furnished. La Marette is surrounded by fields and woodland and sits in approximately 2 acres of garden and orchard.
The local village of Caulnes has all the necessities supermarket, bank, post office, petrol station, café and boulangeries. Broons is a little further with more restaurants and shops available. Direct access to the garden and orchard which has various games in the garden shed, goal posts, badminton net, trampoline etc. The nearest swimming pools are either in Broons or Lanrelas, both about 10 minutes drive away. Within the garden there is an outbuilding which has had, in 2014, a new roof and doors, is watertight and perfect for garden storage and/or a workshop.
